I dont have any idea now for drawing somethin.. haha.........This Tips very usefully , if you have problems to gain muscle or fat on ur body....but ima not gurante this tips can works 100% , coz result was different with for other people...This is Truth my story about how to gain n have ideal body ..
what we need to get biger muscle is :
1. we need enuf sleeping
2. we need enuf eating and healty food ofcourse ima sugest , , not eat to much sometimes, but eat little but often , hehe :3
3. we need not to much thinking.. we can be stres n skiny again xD
4. we must praying,, and playing games coz only god who have this all. : D
ok but after all, theres somethin missing. we need drugs ...
not like marijuana, extacy, mophin, kokain.. not that... = =
first ima hear n search on google, wanna know how to gain muscle. n i found it.. its kianpi pill. it's contain many gingseng , i dont have knowladge about chinese lenguange, but the contents not harmful. . .
ima use kiapi 2 year..
not because ur were skiny u can consumtion this pils.. i give litle to my friends who was skiny to. n he feel dizzy and not wanna to take it again, if u have problems with kidney, im sugestion not eat this.... :)

2 years ago im 54 kg ..... but now maybe more than 64 kg... on 2 year, this can be happened when we eat. periodicly 1 pill before sleep night....
when night eat 1 pill kianpi.. u feel very sleepy.... im sugest great idea to combine this pill with exercise on gym.. or sport center...
after wake up. body feel more stronger... feel more lighter... ^ ^ , AND The important ..and mostly people can eat more,
if u had already surgery on nose like sinusitis or problems on the lung , hard to breath.. and have problems on digestion. this gingseng very usefull . ...
i have 2 pictures kianpi.. you can search on chinese drug store on ur country. .
